Mr. Matthew S. Poole, PA-C, was born and raised in Pineville, Louisiana before pursuing his professional career in Austin, Texas. Mr. Poole received his undergraduate education at Louisiana Tech University with dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry. With a strong background in science and a passion for helping others, Mr. Poole knew he wanted to pursue a career in Medicine. Following his undergraduate education, he became a healthcare professional both as an Ophthalmic Technician and a Scrub Technician before applying to professional school.

Matthew Poole obtained his Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State University. At LSU, Mr. Poole gained diverse skills in various environments including rural settings, Level 1 Trauma Centers, Operating Rooms, Emergency Medicine, and private practice. Mr. Poole graduated top of his class with honors distinction from LSU and was awarded certification to practice by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Matthew S. Poole, PA-C, is currently a member of the American Academy and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. He resides in North Austin and is eager to serve his community and the patients at Dr. Leeman's office with Comprehensive ENT of Texas. As a Physician Assistant, he can examine, perform procedures, diagnose, and treat many of the ailments that you may be suffering from. He is highly regarded by both his patients and colleagues alike.
