Sharlene Kuo, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant proud to serve the Austin community she grew up in. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene. During her clinical training, Sharlene completed rotations across Texas, gaining broad experience in various specialties, with a focus on underserved and rural communities in West Texas.

Her growing interest in otolaryngology stems from the field’s unique blend of medical and surgical care, as well as its meaningful impact on patients’ quality of life.

Fluent in English and Tagalog and dedicated to cultural sensitivity, Sharlene strives to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and at ease. She brings a calm, compassionate energy to every visit and is committed to building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients.

Outside of medicine, Sharlene enjoys exploring Austin’s food scene, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with her dog. She is thrilled to be part of the Comprehensive ENT team and looks forward to helping patients breathe, hear, and feel their best.
