Sharlene Kuo, PA-C

Sharlene Kuo, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant excited to serve the Austin community she grew up in. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene. During her clinical training, Sharlene rotated throughout Texas, gaining broad experience in various specialties with a focus on underserved and rural communities in West Texas. Her growing interest in otolaryngology stems from the unique combination of medical and surgical care in the field and its significant impact on patients’ quality of life.

Fluent in Tagalog and committed to cultural sensitivity, Sharlene strives to make each patient feel heard, respected, and comfortable. She brings a calm, compassionate energy to every visit and fosters long-term, trusting relationships with her patients. Outside of medicine, Sharlene enjoys exploring Austin’s food scene, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with her dog. She is thrilled to be part of the Comprehensive ENT team and looks forward to helping patients breathe, hear, and feel their best.
